Galaxy 2004 Link Database is a compelte link database where users can enter and comment on their favorite links. Links require admin approval and the script checks to see that lniks exist before they are allowed to be submitted.
Sql setup is as simple as a mouse click.
Pages can be easily formtated to fit your site via CSS. Requires php and MySql.
Released as an open source proejct and is free for use.
